Senior Women

The Globe Senior Women's squad is currently 40-50 strong, with a mix of experienced senior squad members and recent Learn2Row programme graduates. Our members train and compete in all types of boat throughout the year - in both sweep and sculling, from singles to 8+'s.

We're always keen to help members develop new rowing skills - be it sweeping, sculling, steering, or coxing for the first time. Formal erg sessions are held at the Trafalgar Rowing Centre gym in Greenwich on Mondays & Wednesdays.

We attend races regularly throughout the year - both Head Races in the Winter Season, and Regattas in Summer. We also have twice-yearly training camps. Here's our plan for the next couple of months, as well as a snapshot of what we got up to in 2017!
