§  Saturday 20th May 2017 - 7pm - Clarendon Hotel, Blackheath Village - £36.00pp

It is with great pleasure that we can announce the 1st NAC dinner at the Clarendon Hotel, Blackheath,  London on Saturday 20th May.

Our aim is to invite as many former and present Globe members as possible.

We would be delighted if you could join us for this special dinner, which will also be a good opportunity to listen to two great guest speakers who have kindly donated the time to join us for the dinner.

With many years of friendship associated with Globe Rowing Club and pleasant days enjoying each other’s company, it was during a particularly fine Côte du Rhone dinner in Henley 2003 that the idea of supporting Junior Globe rowers was formed and the ‘Never Again Club’ was formed.

Since the creation of the Never Again Club and the fundwe have given monetary support to many young rowers, particularly in helping them attend training camps.  In addition, we have part-funded some nine boats, including a safety launch.

Both founder members and dear friends Peter Van Hay and Terry Flinn also left legacies to the NAC which have further aided us to continue our support to junior rowing.

The cost is £36 per person for a 3 course dinner – two guests speaker will join us and in keeping with NAC Henley tradition a glass of port will also be included to toast Peter & Terry.

We very much hope you can join us.

If you would like to attend please email either
